CREDIT CARDS

We do not have a facility for ordering on line, however we do supply goods on mail order using all major credit and debit cards so you will have to phone and talk to a human! We of course also accept payment by cheque although there may be a delay in processing your order.

ACCOUNT FACILITIES

For regular customers and organisations we provide a trading account which may be provided after we have received an initial pre-paid order and completion of our account application form.

EDUCATION

For all educational establishments and local authorities we automatically provide an account facility providing orders are placed using an official numbered order form.

DELIVERY AND CHARGES - IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

We use FedEx for all UK deliveries and offer two levels of service

ECONOMY 2 TO 3 WORKINGS DAYS - £12.00 plus VAT

NEXT WORKING DAY - £15.00 plus VAT

This is a guaranteed service and if we give you the consignment note number your can track your goods on line at uk.fedex.com

For the next day service we need to have your order in and cleared before 2.00 pm on the despatch day.

We can also offer:

Delivery before Noon £25.00 plus VAT

Delivery before 10.00 am £35.00 plus VAT

Delivery before 9.00 am £40.00 plus VAT

Delivery on Saturday £60.00 plus VAT

Please note we no longer use the Royal Mail for small parcels due to a high incidence of lost consignments

For local Sussex deliveries we sometimes use our own transport including our 160mph motorcycle!
